建築物整體遷移作用程序探討之研究

摘要

建築整體遷移提供當建築無法在原地保護或在利用時得面臨拆除的另外一種選擇，該技術於國外已經行之有年，在歐美地區，其對於尚有可利用物業價值之建築或文化價值的建築物，如面臨著重大改變而無法保留於原地時，會選擇將其遷移至合適的地點進行保留或者再利用之動作，大部分建築物使用機能在遷移過程中亦能繼續使用，並節省重新建造之成本，以及保留文化價值。在這觀念之下，建築整體遷移技術在國外已經相當成熟也達到了自動化與標準化的成果。本研究為了建立適用於國內建築物整體遷移之作業程序，採文獻回顧與個案研究，目的為二：一、為提供國內完整之建築物整體遷移之階段作業程序，二、對現今已採取整體遷移之公有建築物其工作程序項目進行調查，以高雄舊火車站為例。

In this concept, moving integral buildings abroad has been on quite a skilled construction technology, and even has reached the degree of automation and standardization. In this study, literature review and case analysis, applied to moving integral buildings of the domestic building operating procedures. The main purpose of the integrity of the building to provide domestic operation phases of moving integral buildings, and further migration of the now public buildings, holistic workshops in Taipei, old train station of Kaohsiung project to review its working procedures.
