火災避難時間之探討:以清雲科技大學清逸館為例

Exploring the Fire Escape Time-A Case Study of Chin-Yi Building at Chin-Yun University's Campus

摘要


本校在私立科技大學中屬歷史較悠久的學校、老舊的大樓都以早期法規來建造再加以消防器材補強、並未實際精算是否足夠在災害發生時可讓學生順利逃出。本研究將以針對空間要素配置、人員對災害反應討論、逃生及收容等因素來作探討,進而研擬建築物之逃生避難對策。本研究先收集國內外相關資料進行整合之後,以程式來模擬分析最佳的逃生路徑,改善舊大樓防災設備。本研究所使用的SMARTFIRE模擬軟體是由英國格林威治大學的火災安全工學小組所開發,高精度計算流體力學的火災模擬情形。其為創建一個適當的CFD網格,然後設計火災情景,進行反覆模擬。最終可利用SMARTFIRE強大的可視化功能,將模擬過程以動態顯示。結果可作為學校最佳逃生途徑及救災方案的參考。

The old buildings were built according to earlier building code in regard to fire fighting. The fire fighting plan of old buildings does not count the time if it is sufficient for people to escape from the fire site, instead, it is reinforced the buildings by adding fire fighting equipments only. This study aimed to discuss the essence of spatial arrangement, people's response to fire disaster, and the escaping and sheltering plan to propose a strategy of fleeing from a fire site. This study reviewed relevant researches and came into simulation of escaping plan from a fire site with the aid of computer programs in order to improve the fire equipments of an old building. This study applied the SMARTFIRE, which was developed by the fire engineering team of the Greenwich University, to simulate the fire scene using high- resolution calculation of fluid mechanics. This software creates a suitable CFD of grid cells to simulate the fire process by assigning a fire scenario. And lastly, the simulated fire process can be displayed visually using the SMARTFIRE. The results would provide a reference for optimizing the escaping plan and relieving strategy for old buildings.
