摘要

自1993年台灣邁入高齡化社會至今，約19年頭，就如同先進國家的發展模式般，老人住宅市場在未來很快就達到飽和狀態。在早期安養院被視為社會救濟院性質，都是以無家可歸、無人扶養的貧苦老人為收容對象。但是隨著社會環境的變遷，加上近年來老人經濟自主力、經濟收入以及教育程度的提高，已經有足夠的能力來選擇自己的理想養老方式。因此，本研究係站在未來設計者與經營單位之立場，來了解對於預計退休或者已退休人員來進行研究與調查，了解如何達到對於未來退休生活之規劃與期待！現行的養老機構不僅要滿足老人在設施設備上符合老年人的需求，更重要的是要具備良好的服務品質以及服務提供的創新，才能真正吸引大多數老年者消費族群的需求。期盼從研究成果得知對於入住安養機構的主要項目有哪些，透過客製化服務來滿足消費者的需求，亦能夠做為未來設計者與經營單位作為參考。

Since 1993, Taiwan has entered the aging society, about 19 years, just as the development model of advanced countries like the elderly housing market in the future will soon reach saturation. In the early Hospice is viewed as a poorhouse nature, are based on the homeless, the elderly poor is no dependents receiving object. But with the changing social environment, coupled with economic self-main, income and education level of the elderly to improve in recent years, we have enough ability to choose their ideal way of pension. Therefore, this study system from the standpoint of the future of the designer and the business units to understand the expected retirement or retired staff to carry out research and surveys to understand how to achieve the retirement plan for the future and look forward to! The current pension institutions not only to meet the old man on the facilities and equipment to meet the needs of the elderly, is more important it is to have a good quality of service and innovative service providers in order to really attract the majority of the elderly population in consumer demand. Expect from the research that the main item stay nursing institutions which, through bespoke services to meet consumer demand, but also can be used as future designers and business units as a reference.
