中控安全防災系統使用效益之探討
The Using Effectiveness of Safety and Disaster Prevention in Control System
摘要
校園建築首要重視項目屬安全防災管理，開放式校園空間人員出入不易管理，多樓層教學大樓消防設備狀態不易掌握。校園營繕組委外保全管理，在有限管理人數中，工作範圍大且管理負荷重。大規模消防設備的故障也成為營繕組管理的困擾。為了提昇大樓安全及保全人力工作效率，解決消防設備故障降低大樓安全的問題，本研究將探討台科大研揚大樓中控系統安全防災設備，分析設備概況與突發狀況應變，透過管理者訪問調查討論中控安全設備對管理維運的影響。研究發現安全門禁、緊急求救與數位監視系統的結合將有效提升狀況解決的速度並清楚掌握即時動態。智慧型消防系統的應用將可精確掌握起火點並主動偵測設備故障，使設備修繕更容易，大樓安全防災的管理效益提升。

The primary importance of campus building management is safety and disaster prevention. Due to the opened environment, it is difficult to manage the building personnel access. On the other hand, the fire equipment usually malfunctions in humid environment. The supervisors of campus have trouble in safety of building. In order to solve the manage problem for supervisor, this study analyzes the effectiveness of safety equipment of control system, including fire equipment, monitoring equipment, access control equipment, emergency equipment, etc. The result show that the linked of access control system and monitoring system can reduce emergency response time and accurately control the emergency situation.
