汙水下水道管線推進工程之專案流程課題分析

摘要


基於專案管理知識領域運用於污水下水道推進管線工程普遍不足,探究其原因,係為業主端長期缺乏較為完善的專案管理架構行垂直整合與橫向溝通之運用,迫使專案任務無法如期、如質、如預算達成目標,衍生工期延宕、預算浮增或爭議調處等已成常態,故本研究目標,係充分運用專案管理之十大知識領域,建立該項工程較為適用性與完整性之專案管理架構及相關表格運用,希冀透過本研究,期許可作為業主之參考適用,協助業主端整合專案相關利害關係人之爭議,進而有效能的提升專案品質與目標達成。

There is generally a lack of knowledge on project management for sewage pipeline development. To explore the reasons, its believed that the owner has constantly lacks a well-designed project management, which includes application of vertical unity and horizonal communication among the team. Hence, resulting a delay in deadline, quality defect, and being overbudget. The goal of this research is to fully utilize the 10 main principles in project management, build a structure and related excel sheet that are applicable and professional. We hope this research project can help the hirer analyze the pros and cons, and effectively improve on product quality and reach our final goal.
