綠建築主被動節能設施之考察與分析

Investigating and analyzing on active and passive energy-saving installation of green building

摘要


在全球暖化,空氣污染等種種環境問題的警示下,營建產業也開始推動創建綠建築以求永續發展。建築之主被動設計是綠建築節能之重點,而不同國家及地區之環境氣候各不相同,因地制宜的設計方法就更為關鍵。本文採用案例分析法(Case Analysis Method),通過不同氣候背景之建築:奧地利維也納、中國山東、阿聯酋杜拜、加拿大溫哥華、韓國槐山郡、以及臺北之六個案例考察與分析,總結各國之主被動設計方法,得出未來可參考之綠建築設計的策略依據。結論大致如下:在不同氣候條件下,因建築採用三層窗、隔熱建材、新式設備等控制熱環境,從而使得年均溫對於被動式房屋沒有太大影響;太陽能系統,建築需滿足一定要求的日照時數以及日照面積;且,被動房屋重視空氣流動交換,譬如以熱回收通風系統,提升較佳之熱回收率。在臺灣,主動式設備已經有一定市占率和推動政策,還需加強對被動式之推動與規劃設計。未來在臺灣被動式資料逐漸形成後,應可有效的執行主被動式節能建築之設計。

Under the warning of various environmental problems such as global warming and air pollution, the construction industry has also begun to promote the creation of green buildings for sustainable development. The passive design of the building is the focus of green building energy conservation, and the environmental climate varies from country to country, and the local design method is more critical. This paper uses the Case Analysis Method to survey and analyze the six different case studies: Vienna, Shandong, Dubai, Canada, Korea, and Taipei. The passive design method leads to the strategic basis for the green building design that can be referenced in the future. The conclusion is as follows: under different climatic conditions, the building uses three-story windows, insulated building materials, new equipment and other control of the thermal environment, so that the annual average temperature does not have much impact on passive houses; solar energy systems, buildings need to meet certain requirements Sunshine hours and sunshine area; and passive houses pay attention to air flow exchange, such as heat recovery ventilation system, to improve the heat recovery rate. In Taiwan, active equipment already has a certain market share and promotion policies, and it is necessary to strengthen the passive promotion and planning and design. In the future, after the passive data in Taiwan is gradually formed, the design of active and passive energy-saving buildings should be effectively implemented.
