摘要

古往今來，勝敵之道，因時而異，因地而異，因人而異，然而勤務部署的策略作為卻有一個不變的條件，那就是不應受傳統觀念與固有形式的束縛，以須把握形勢，對原則作靈活之運用，絕不能因襲守舊，食古不化，墨守成規，一成不變，徒事模倣。勤務部署乃是一種特殊藝術，可意會而不可言傳，絕非一般事物，可藉多參與、多磨練，而有所得或有所成。自古名將輩出，而且各有其創意的兵法，主要就是不受傳統觀念與固有形式束縛，能獨立自主建立自己的構想和行動，避免守舊思想，才能突破舊章，創立新規。

From ancient to modern times, the ways to defeat enemies, how differed according to times, places and people. However, it is a constant condition for the tactic of the duty disposition not be bound by traditional ideals and inherent forms .We must grasp the trend of recent events and elastically perform the principles. We cannot follow conservative traditions and stick to established rules inflexibly.Duty disposition is a distinctive art which can be understood which cannot easily be described. It is not general events but can be accomplished by means of more participating and more try. From ancient times to now, many great soldiers established military strategy and tactics. The most important thing is not to be restricted by traditional ideals and inherent forms, avoiding old-fashioned thought in order to set up their own ideas and actions independently.
