In order to improve the growth and quality of Cymbidium sinense Wild by fertilization, a series of experiments with treatments of different N-P-K levels and dilution rate of fertilizers were carried out. The result showed that there were positive effects when using rapid effective fertilizer No. 2 (N-P2O5-K2O, 31-10-10) at vegetative stage and rapid effective fertilizer No. 1 (N-P2O5-K2O, 20-20-20) at flowering stage. The results indicated that appling fertilizer with high nitrogen level at vegetative stage could increase the growth of Cymbidium sinense Wild, and appling fertilizer with balanceable N-P2O5-K2O level at flowering stage could increase the quality of flower stalk. By using rapid effective fertilizers at a rate of 2,000 dilution every two weeks had a superior response comparing to others.
