不同養液配方對東方甜瓜植體中氮、磷、鉀、鈣及鎂含量之影響

Effects of Different Nutrient Solutions on the Uptake of Elements (N, P, K, Ca and Mg) by Melon (Cucumis melo L.)

摘要


本研究目的在探討在介質耕栽培下,利用不同養液配方(包括A:X公司商業配方、B:日本山崎配方、C:臺肥複合肥料43號、D:本場有機液肥配方、E:臺肥複合肥料43號1/2量配合本場有機液肥配方1/2量)對東方甜瓜‘嘉玉’品種植株中氮、磷、鉀、鈣及鎂等含量之影響。由試驗結果顯示,甜瓜生育中期或後期之根部及不同部位葉片中氮、磷、鉀、鈣及鎂含量以X公司商業配方、日本山崎配方、臺肥複合肥料43號等處理較高,甜瓜生育中期葉片之氮、磷及鉀含量與單果重呈顯著性相關,因此‘嘉玉’甜瓜生育中期的葉片氮含量2.31~3.24%(平均值2.78%),磷含量0.41~0.63%(平均值0.52%),鉀含量4.18~5.16%(平均值4.67%),可暫定為東方甜瓜葉片氮、磷、鉀適宜含量範圍,其中養液之氮、磷和鉀濃度約分別介於150~180 mg/L、40~66mg/L、125~250 mg/L之間。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different nutrient solutions (commercial prescription, Yamasaki prescription, compound fertilizer 43, liquid organic fertilizer, and 1/2 compound fertilizer 43 plus 1/2 liquid organic fertilizer) on the uptake of N, P, K, Ca and Mg by melon (Cucumis melo L.) under substrate culture. The results showed that applying commercial prescription (A-treatment), Yamasaki prescription (B-treatment) and compound fertilizer 43 (C-treatment) resulted in higher contents of N, P, K, Ca and Mg in leaves and root than that of other treatments at different growth stages. Significant relations was found between the contents of N, P and K in leaf and single fruit weight at middle stage of growth. It indicated that the content of N 2.31~3.24% (avg. 2.78%), P 0.41~0.63% (avg. 0.52%) and K 4.18~5.16% (avg. 4.67%) in leaves at 34 days after transplanting are the suitable range of nutrient content in leaves of Jill ' melon, while the content of N, P and K were 150-180 mg/L, 40-66 mg/L and 125-250 mg/L, respectively.
