介質槽耕鬆土機具之研製

Development of A Groove Tillage Used Media Culture

摘要


本研究係針對溫室設施槽耕栽培重覆利用之介質,試驗研製一臺槽耕鬆土機具,以市售小型中耕管理機進行設計改良,並利用支撐輪、導輪、撥片等輔助結構,使該中耕管理機得以應用刀軸迴轉產生前進動力,促使機具在鬆土作業時,能自行向前移動與作業,不需再由額外的動力輔助。研製完成之槽耕鬆土機具長600 mm、寬420 mm、高540 mm,機體總重為13.5 kg,經試驗結果顯示,採用本機鬆土可較人工作業縮短6倍時間,並且介質團粒細碎效果可提升13.77%,達到省工省時之效果。

A tillage mechanism for loosening the media in groove was developed. Researchers re-equipped a commericalized small cultivator to fit the dimensions of groove in greenhouse. The design includes support wheels, guide wheels, paddles and other auxiliary structures, so that the cultivator can manipulate forward momentum which generated by axis rotation to prompt the equipment moving forward operation without any additional assistant power supply. The specifications of the groove plow cultivator is designed with 600 mm(L) x 420 mm(Wx 540 mm(H) and total body weight is 13.5 kg . The test results indicated that this cultivator apply for loosening the groove media is 6 times faster than by manual operation, and the efficiency for crushing aggregated medium is improved up to 13.77%. The developed groove tillage is proved to save working time and working efficiency.
