羽毛水解液肥對草莓生產之影響

Influence of Feather Hydrolysates with Different Additives in Strawberry Production

本試驗應用巨大芽孢桿菌TCPiA水解5%的羽毛後,調製成兩種液態肥料,分別為F1液態肥(添加5%過磷酸鈣及2%氯化鉀)與F2液態肥(添加5%血粉)。進行草莓泥炭介質盆栽試驗,肥料處理為澆灌F1、F2、台肥即溶43號複合肥料(CF)及不施肥處理組(BK)。試驗結果顯示,澆灌F1液態肥料可提高2月份草莓果實之大果比例,單果大於25g占比例43.3%。與CF處理組之比例6.7%達顯著差異。澆灌F2液態肥可顯著降低果實糖度與酸度,提高整體果實糖酸比。草莓採收調查至3月31日,以澆灌F1與F2處理組之平均單果重約21g最重,且與對照處理組達顯著差異,產量則以施用F1、F2及CF處理組無顯著差異,但顯著高於對照處理組。F1、F2及CF處理組之葉片鉀含量顯著高於對照組,其他葉片養分含量則以CF處理組最高。

In the experiment, Bacillus megaterium TCPiA was inoculated into 5% feather contained liquid medium for producing the feather hydrolysates. Two fertilizers were produced by using the feather hydrolysate included F1 fertilizer with further addition of 5% calcium superphosphate and 2% potassium chloride and F2 fertilizer with further addition of 5% blood meal. Four treatments included applying F1, F2, Taifer instant fertilizer NO.43 and no further fertilization (BK) were applied in the strawberry production grown in peat medium with surface covering of compost. Results showed application of F1 fertilizer can increase strawberry fruit size, for example fruit weight higher than 25 g by drench of F1 fertilizer was 43.3% and showed significant difference with drench of CF (6.7%). Drench of F2 fertilizer would decrease TSS and acidity of strawberry fruit, leading to increase ratio of TSS/acidity. Strawberry production was investigated to the end of March, the average fruit weight both in the F1 and F2 treatments (about 21 g) was significant higher than in the BK treatment. Among these treatments, the yield of strawberry in the F1, F2 and CF were no difference but the yield of the three treatments was significantly higher than the BK treatment. Compared with BK treatment, higher leaf potassium content was determined in the F1, F2 and CF treatment. Highest leaf nutrients were found in the CF treatment.
