大學生校內體育活動、規律運動習慣及體適能之研究分析

Research of Collegian On-Campus Sports Activities, Regular Exercise Habits and Physical Fitness

摘要


全球身體活動2018-2030行動計劃(WHO, 2018),重要願景是希望增加更多活動的人、帶來更健康的世界,其原則之一乃在於運用全校性方法(whole of the school approach),在校內體育活動中,強化優良體育課品質及提供更多正向的動態性[課後]休閒活動、競技運動或遊戲之經驗與機會。個人離開校園生活不能維持運動的原因,是否受到缺乏體育課興趣(動機)或是大學校內運動經驗影響,以及學生運動習慣對體適能表現影響,乃透過本研究進一步驗證探討。480名研究參與者施以運動調查問卷及體適能測量,資料分析包括描述性統計、皮爾遜積差相關分析、T檢定、多元迴歸分析。在本研究分析探討後獲得結論,校內體育活動:體育課與課後運動性活動二者相輔相成,二者間存在的正向循環關聯性對於規律運動習慣的建立及體適能的提升帶來更具持久效果的影響,文末並提出相關建議。

Based upon the Global Action Plan on Physical Activity 2018-2030 (WHO, 2018), a key vision is to increase the number of people who participates more physical activity, and to build a healthier world. One of the principles of which is to use whole of the school approach to enhance the quality of physical education course (PE) and to provide more positive and dynamic [after-classes] leisure activities, competitive sports or games (SPORTS ) experiences and opportunities for on-campus sports activities. The reason why individuals couldn't keep exercises during off-campus life is whether students are affected by a lack of interest (as a motivation) for PE or SPORTS experiences, and the impact of students' exercise habits on physical fitness performance is further discussed through this study. 480 participants were given EXERCISE questionnaires and fitness measurements. Data analyses included descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, T-test, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions were drew after analyses and discussions of this study: the on-campus sports activities including PE and SPORTS complement each other, and the positively interactive correlation between the two has a more lasting effect on the establishment of regular exercise habits and the improvement of physical fitness. And the relevant suggestions were also provided at the end.
