食農教育宣導人員培訓成效

由訪查調查得知食農教育宣導人員經短時間課程培訓，確實可有效提升食農教育認知。食農教育態度與行為意圖間呈現顯著正相關，宣導人員對於食農教育表現正向積極態度，會直接影響行為意圖。因此，除針對宣導人員去強化食農教育知識講授及提升宣導人員相關知能外，應著重長期養成才能落實食農教育宣導人員對食農教育之認知態度與行為意圖之影響。

According to the survey, it observed that Propaganda officer of the food farmer education can effectively improve its awareness of food and agriculture education through this short course training. There is a significant positive correlation between the attitude of food and farmer education and the intention of behavior, and the positive attitude of advocates to food and agriculture education will directly affect the behavior intention. Therefore, in addition to strengthen the teaching of food and agriculture education knowledge for Propaganda officer and to improve its relevant knowledge as well, it should take consideration that the solid impact of awareness attitudes on food and agriculture education of propaganda officer onto its behavior, it can be only achieved through regular long-term educational training.
