《老子想爾注》之養生思想探析

An Analysis of the Thought of Keeping in Good Health in "Lao Zi Xianger's Note"

摘要


《老子想爾注》做為天師道注解《老子》的重要經典,因此其養生思想,主要立論仍是繼承《老子》養生理論而來,因此《老子想爾注》的養生根源為「道」,而「道」充沛於天地之中,而人處於天地之中也屬於「道」的一部份,因此道也存於人身當中,而道出入人身的方式,便是通過氣的往來流動所致,所以人如要長壽也需配合「道」之精氣的往復循環方能達成,且《老子想爾注》更進一步提出結精及寶精的理論,精所指為「道精」,「道精」是宇宙萬物之根本,人如能保有道精,則自然能長壽乃至於長生,而在《老子想爾注》中結精、寶精的方法則是以清靜境界為宗,是各種養生方法之根本,也是達到長生之境界。由此亦可查知《老子想爾注》之清靜思想雖源於《老子》及《太平經》,卻已將其進行轉化而為天師道所用的養生修煉方式。

From this we can also find out that although the quiet thought of "Lao Zi Xiang Er Zhu" originated from "Lao Zi" and "Tai Ping Jing", it has been transformed into the way of health cultivation practice used by Tianshi Tao.
