接觸性皮膚炎的中醫治療經驗

摘要

接觸性皮膚炎（contact dermatitis）是指皮膚或黏膜接觸某些物品後在接觸部位所發生的急性炎症。患者常有特定的工作環境或長期接觸史，是人體在過敏狀態下皮膚或黏膜接觸外來刺激造成的炎症反應。有些患者在西醫治療後未能獲得滿意的效果，因此轉而尋找中醫治療。此種疾病需根據患者的病因、臨床證症、體質來辨證治療，也宜配合作飲食及生活上的調整。在病情改善後，患者常可得到較西醫治療更滿意的生活品質。本文記錄一位長期接觸精油致接觸性皮膚炎的女性患者，透過中醫的治療，明顯改善了症狀和生活品質。

The patients of contact dermatitis usually works in special environments of have the history of long-term contact with certain materials. Some patients didn't acquire a curative effect, so they received Chinese herbs therapy. It takes the differentiation of the etiology of the illness, symptoms and conditions of the body to decide the treatments. After treated by Chinese Medicine, many patients reach a more satisfied conditions than treated by western medicine. This article is a record of Chinese medicine treatment on a patient who worked in a environment that needs contact of the essence of fragrance. After the treatment, her symptoms and quality of life has preeminent improvements.
