《傅青主女科‧種子門》之用藥和治法思路分析

摘要

《傅青主女科》為明末醫家傅青主所撰寫，是一部詳盡敘述如何治療婦科病證的專著。該書編撰嚴謹，且辨證論治及立法遣藥獨具一格。本文就《傅青主女科》中「種子門」的學術思想進行初步探討，包含不孕之病因病機、學術起源、治法和治則，以及藥物使用頻次和劑量闡述傅氏對不孕之論治。傅氏認為脾腎和任督帶脈為治療不孕之核心，常使用白朮、人參、巴戟天治療不孕，治療上常採用補澀兼施的方式。傅氏對不孕的治療不僅繼承了傳統，更有他獨到的診治經驗，是值得我們臨床學習和應用的。

＂Fu Qingzhu gynecology＂, written by Fu Qing Zhu at the end of Ming dynasty, is a fine detailed and original monograph for treating gynecologic diseases. ＂Fu Qingzhu gynecology＂ was compiled strictly and recorded treatments based on different syndromes and many prescriptions. The academic thoughts of ＂Fu Qingzhu gynecology．Zhongzi Conception＂ in treating infertility were analyzed in this study which includes pathogenesis, academic origin, treatment, frequency and dose of drug use. Fu Qing Zhu considered ＂spleen and kidney＂ and ＂conception vessel, governor vessel, and belt vessel＂ as the core of treating infertility. Qing Zhu often prescribed ＂Bai Zhu＂, ＂Ginseng＂ and ＂Ba Ji Tian＂ for treating infertility. Moreover, Qing Zhu often used supplementation and astriction method for treating infertility. Fu’s treatment in infertility not only inherited the tradition, but also got distinct experiences, which are worthy to learn and application in clinic.
