女性不孕症中醫用藥規律之研究－以傅青主女科為例
Study of Frequency of Chinese Medicine Prescription for Female Infertility-Mainly by Fu Qingzhu's Medical Discourse for Women
摘要
目的：本研究透過整理、分析《傅青主女科》治療女性不孕症所用方藥，以闡明傅青主治療女性不孕症的用藥特點和配伍規律，並和現代中醫藥治療不孕症的觀點做結合。材料與方法：本文收集《傅青主女科．種子門》內服方藥，將所用的中藥輸入Excel表格，進行頻數和頻率統計，並針對藥物功效、歸經的分佈進行統計分析。結果：《傅青主女科．種子門》的用方內含36味中藥，總頻數為81次。依功效分類補益藥出現的頻數最多，其次為收澀藥。高頻次中藥使用前三名分別為白朮、人參和巴戟天。統計前8味高頻數藥物歸經最多歸為脾經，其次為肝和腎經。結論：透過分析《傅青主女科．種子門》方藥，可見傅氏重視辨證論治，用藥上力求精簡，講究君、臣、佐、使在劑量上的差異，傅氏認為在女性不孕症的病機以虛證為主，在治療上以補腎健脾為主，兼以固澀扶本為輔，重視陰陽雙補以及帶脈病機與論治。常用藥的歸經主要歸脾、肝和腎經。其中白朮、人參健脾補氣；巴戟天溫補腎陽；當歸、熟地和白芍滋陰養血；山茱萸補陰兼固澀。再將常用藥結合現代藥理學在不孕症的應用，供中醫師作為辨證論治與臨床方藥加減之參考，對治療女性不孕症將有所助益。

Objective: To analysis and explore the characteristics of formulas used to treat female infertility in Fu Qingzhu's Medical Department for Women. Also connect to the view about modern Chinese medicine in the female infertility. Method: All prescription medications for female infertility were used for statistical analysis, including the frequency, function and classification of them by Microsoft Excel. Results: There are 36 Chinese medicines used in Fu Qingzhu's Medical Department for Women about female infertility. All of them were used up to 81 times. According to the function, the most frequently used Chinese medicine are tonics, followed by astringents. The top three frequently used Chinese medicines are Baizhu, Ginseng and Bajitian. 8 Chinese medicines of the highest frequency are classified as the Spleen Meridian, followed by the Liver Meridian and Kidney Meridian. Conclusion: The pathogenesis of Fu Qingzhu's treatment of female infertility is mainly deficiency syndrome. In the treatment, the main purpose is to invigorate the kidney and spleen, supplemented by astringents to strengthen the body resistance. He considers yin and yang double tonic important, as well as Belt Channel pulse pathogenesis and treatment. Commonly used medicines are Baizhu and Ginseng to invigorate the spleen, Bajitian to warm kidney yang, Danggui, Dihuang and Baishao to nourish yin and blood, Shanzhuyu to nourish yin and solidify astringency. The main meridians of commonly used medicines are the Spleen, Liver, and Kidney Meridians. We hope this article will be helpful for clinical TCM in treating female infertility.
