摘要

目的：生態理論模式的相關研究已證實健康及行為會受個人的內在特質、人際關係、組織、社區、物理環境及政策介入等生態系統中各層次間的交互作用與影響。因此，本研究目的旨在建構高齡友善環境縣市層級區位資料庫，並說明其建置過程與應用。方法：本研究搜尋24個政府既有公開資料網站及12個全國性調查資料，彙整縣市層級之區位資料庫，並整理不同資料來源之地區代碼對照表，以為後續研究者串聯使用。結果：高齡友善環境縣市層級區位資料庫之建置完成，分為健康、環境、社會與產經四大類，共有30面向、239個中項目、7145個指標。資料庫收集的年度為1998-2015年。結論：「高齡友善環境縣市層級區位資料庫」彙整臺灣各縣市之相關變項，可協助了解高齡友善城市與活躍老化現況，提供後續監測、資料串聯及政策決策之參考。

Purposes: Studies using ecological model have demonstrated that health and behaviors are affected at multiple levels, including intrapersonal, interpersonal, organizational, community, physical environmental, and policy. Thus, the aim of this study is to introduce the building and applications of Age-Friendly Environment Dataset at city-county level in Taiwan. Methods: All indicators and data of this dataset were collected from 24 open data and 12 national surveys among governments. We also merged the area coding in different bureaus and departments so that researchers could connect different datasets easily. Results: The Age-Friendly Environment Dataset at city-county level in Taiwan contains four categories (Health, Environment, Society, and Production), 30 dimensions, 235 sub-dimensions, and 7145 indicators. The period of the dataset was form 1998 to 2015. Conclusions: This dataset contains major indicators at city-county level in Taiwan. Therefore, this dataset could be used to explore the status of age-friendly cities and active aging for surveillance, data linkage and policy making in the future.
