摘要

目的：介紹「高齡友善環境-鄉鎮市區層級區位資料庫」之建置過程與內容。方法：本研究搜尋出14個政府公開資料網站及3個全國性調查資料，具有鄉鎮市區層級資料，故彙整出臺灣各鄉鎮市區之區位資料庫，並建置不同資料來源之地區代碼對照表，以為後續研究者串聯資料或分析使用。結果：高齡友善環境-鄉鎮市區層級區位資料庫，分為四大類：健康類、環境類、社會類與產經類，共有15面向、61個中項目、2219個指標數；資料年度主要為2008-2015年。結論：「高齡友善環境-鄉鎮市區層級區位資料庫」主要提供影響健康相關因子研究的自變項資料，可呈現各鄉鎮市區之現況與歷年趨勢分析，亦可以與個人層級資料連結，進而探討支持性環境與高齡者健康間的關係，以提供高齡友善環境與活躍老化政策監測與決策之建議。

Purposes: The aim of this study is to introduce the establishment and applications of Age-Friendly Environment Dataset at district-township level in Taiwan. Methods: We searched 15 open data and 3 national surveys among governments to build a dataset at district-township level. We also merged area codes in different bureaus and department which could help researchers connect different dataset for their studies. Results: The Age-Friendly Environment Dataset at district-township level in Taiwan contains four categories (Health, Environment, Society, and Production), including 15 dimensions, 61 sub-dimensions, and 2219 indicators. The period of the dataset is mainly from 1998 to 2015. Conclusions: Age-Friendly Environment Dataset at district-township level in Taiwan will help provide independent variables, which can not only present the status and yearly trend at district-township level, but also connect to individual level data. Therefore, this dataset could be used to explore the relationship between living environment and elderly's health and could help provide suggestions for age-friendly and active aging surveillance and decision making.
