是誰在教舞蹈課?臺灣國民小學舞蹈師資培育發展之研究

Who is Teaching Dance Classes? A Study on Elementary School Dance Teacher Education Development in Taiwan

摘要


國民基本教育舞蹈師資的能力與素養,是國民小學推動舞蹈教育的至要關鍵,唯有合格與專業的舞蹈師資於國民教育到位,才可能落實舞蹈教育,然而1994年《師資培育法》前臺灣未有專業舞蹈師資培育的管道,國小舞蹈師資來源、培育與養成仰賴師範體系。《師資培育法》實施後,開啟了國民小學舞蹈師資培育多元化背景,增添具專業舞蹈背景之培育師資管道。但因各校培育舞蹈師資員額有限,影響國民小學階段舞蹈專長師資的來源、培育與甄選。本文為了解我國舞蹈師資培育發展進程與問題,研究範圍從臺灣1968年實施九年國民義務教育,歷經2004年九年一貫課程,2019年十二年國民基本教育,1994年《師資培育法》實施前後國小舞蹈師資培育發展。本文採文獻分析法,輔以訪談釐清、補充資料不足之處,依據上述問題意識與研究範圍,研究目的有:一、了解國民小學舞蹈師資背景與來源;二、探討國民小學專業舞蹈師資培育、甄聘制度與問題,所得結論為臺灣國小舞蹈師資欠缺專業培育、專才甄選及專長聘任的制度。

In compulsory education, the competency and attainment of dance teachers are the crucial keys to dance education promotion in elementary schools. The implementation of dance education is only possible if certified and professional teachers are in place in compulsory education. However, prior to the promulgation of the "Teacher Education Act" in 1994, there were no professional dance teacher education pipelines in Taiwan. The source, education, and development of elementary school dance teachers relied on the normal educational system. The implementation of the "Teacher Education Act" opened up the diverse backgrounds of elementary school dance teacher education. Education pipelines for teachers with a professional dance background were also added. However, the limited quotas for dance teacher education in different schools affected the source, education, and selection of specialized dance teachers of elementary schools. In order to gain an insight into the progress and problems of Taiwan's dance teacher education development, the research scope covers: elementary school course subjects/fields from the 9-year compulsory education implemented in 1968, Grade 1-9 Curriculum in 2004 and before the implementation of 12-year compulsory education in 2019; elementary school dance teacher education development before and after the "Teacher Education Act" implementation. Document analysis method and the historical approach was adopted in this paper. Interviews were supplemented to clarify and make up for the information inadequacy. According to the above problem consciousness and research scope, the research purposes include: 1. Understand the backgrounds and sources of elementary dance teachers; 2. Explore the system and problems of elementary school professional dance teacher education and recruitment. In conclusion this essay has shown that the problems of Taiwan's lack of elementary school dance teacher professional education, selection, and recruitment systems.
