The Basic Law on Hakka provides a solid source of law and law for the promotion of ethnic equality in the public domain such as language, culture, communication, regional development and global ties of the Hakka community. Language is the root of culture. Therefore, the provisions of the Basic Law are more related to promoting Hakka. The government budget integrates the private resources to create a Hakka culture and inherit and carry forward the Hakka culture. In this paper, the Central Hakka Committee, New Taipei City And other municipalities directly under the Central Government in promoting Hakka languages, opening Hakka culture seminars, hosting Hakka cultural activities and providing related grants and other administrative conditions, and understanding the Hakka language and cultural achievements achieved through government-private cooperation.
