THE INFLUENCE OF THE FINANCIAL-INDUSTRIAL INTEGRATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF REAL ESTATE LISTED COMPANIES

摘要


As industrial capital development to a certain extent, to seek business diversification, capital virtualization, so as to upgrade the capital operation of a trend, Financial-Industrial Integration refers to that the industry and the development of financial industry in the economic operation for the common goal and overall benefits combine or integrate internally through equity participation, holding, and personnel to participate in such as way. This paper thinks that it should be scientific and comprehensive to evaluate the benefits of the company's integration. Hence, this paper explores the real estate enterprises from the perspective of production and integration and performance impact. We select 60 real estate enterprises to sort out the data from the annual reports, using factor analysis on the performance evaluation. The result shows that China's real estate enterprises still need to further strengthen on the Financial-Industrial Integration. Thus, stakeholders can understand the information of the quality of earnings, help them to make decisions more comprehensively and scientifically, and also enable listed real estate companies to find and improve their shortcomings.
