基於智慧校園大數據的學生畢業流向管理

智慧校園大資料是指標對學校創新與管理的專業問題，有條理地搜集資料並深入分析探究，讓學校能有效地進行決策和解決問題，進而提高辦學績效與未來展望，因此智慧校園大資料研究的目的在於提供大學進行計畫與決策的資訊。近年來，智慧校園大資料逐漸為各國政府與高等教育界所重視，其原因大致可從三個方向來討論：一是由於高等教育的擴張與市場化，社會大眾對於大學效能愈加關注，而學校也必須回應社會大眾對於高等教育培育人才與提供勞動市場所需人力的需求，因此學校必須透過資料分析，一方面，對外展現學校的辦學成果，另一方面，對內則提供學校調整課程與方案的參考，讓大學教育在追求理想與卓越的同時，也能同時有效培育人才並讓社會所用，通過智慧校園概念的引入，給某校數位化學生事務管理帶來了新的挑戰。本文構建了基於智慧校園的學生事務管理虛擬大資料平臺，針對學生離校後管理，提出可行的數位化學生事務管理方法並舉例分析得出相應結論並提出建議，為學校對學生學習、生活和身心健康的管理提供資訊支撐。

The introduction of the concept of smart campus has brought new challenges to the management of digital student affairs in a certain school. This paper builds a virtual big data platform for student affairs management based on a smart campus. For students' management after leaving school, a feasible digital student affairs management method is proposed, and examples are given to draw corresponding conclusions and recommendations.
