定期航運業聯盟合作之關係風險探究

摘要

定期航商雖可從與其他航商的聯盟合作中獲得許多利益，但因為是與別人合作，有許多的狀況非企業本身可以掌握，因此亦會衍生許多的風險問題。定期航商需了解這些風險並以系統化的方式管理他們，以增加聯盟合作之成效。本研究主要對定期航商高階主管進行問卷調查，以探究定期航商聯盟合作時的關係風險因素構面、風險管理策略因素構面、關係風險管理策略的有效性、及關係風險與關係風險管理策略對航商未來合作意願的影響。經由結構方程模式（Structural Equation Modeling, SEM）實證分析，所得之研究結果如下：關係風險因素構面包括「自利行為」、「缺乏分享與溝通」、「文化衝突」、「損失重要資源」；風險管理策略的因素構面包括「管理控制」、「信任」、「溝通」；航商間存在的「關係風險」會降低「未來合作的意願」，「關係風險管理策略」可有效降低「關係風險」和增加「未來合作的意願」。

Although strategic cooperation among liner shipping carrier has many advantages, there are some situations cannot be controlled by cooperation subjects result in many risk problems. Risk management can reduce risk of strategic cooperation and increase the effectiveness of strategic cooperation. This research focused on the outcomes of the survey in broad managers' of liner shipper to explore the hazard of relational risk of strategic cooperation among liner shipping carriers and to test the validity of risk control mechanisms of strategic cooperation. The results of this research indicated that relational risk of strategic cooperation subjects have significant negative influence to the cooperation intention of carriers in the future. In addition, the risk control mechanisms available reduce the risks. Finally, the risk control mechanisms have significant positive influence to the cooperation intention for liner shipping carriers in the future. The liner shipping carriers can adopt the suggestions of this research to reduce cooperation risk when they cooperate.
