The Relationship among Psychological Ownership, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Performance in Medium and small enterprises

摘要


Small and medium enterprises are the main business model in Taiwan. The factor that effect behaviors of employee and manger is the main purpose of this research. Level of management and level of employee usually has different point of view when it comes to helping behavior and indirectly effect performance. Also, feeling of ownership for department and company can be recognized differently between these two level. The final purpose is to see which aspect can affects performance. Psychology ownership, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment can represent different aspect of motivation to both employees and managers' performance.

中小企業是台灣最主要的企業體系,將近百分之九十在台灣之企業屬之。此研究專研於探討影響中小企業之員工與管理者行為的因素。管理階層與一般員工階層在擁有感、互助行為和認同感上會有不同影響工作表現上之差異。而本研究便是在尋找並證實心理擁有感、組織公民行為及組織認同感之間的關係,而進而探討組公民行為和組織認同感如何在不同的階層中影響員工及管理者的工作表現。
