摘要

本文檢索臺灣主要平面媒體與民間團體的網站內容，歸納出反核的主要訴求。接著則逐一反思這些反核論述。從此本文發現，雖然不免會有一些毫無根據的說法，反核論述主要還是基於有關核電危害的客觀真實知識，但卻也主觀地認為其他在客觀真實上，比核能發電更大得多的危險，是現代生活中理所當然的一部份。換言之，因為核能的危害而反核，並不是因為核能在客觀真實上特別危險，而是因為核能這個議題在主觀上被特別地對待了。

This article summarizes the major anti-nuclear arguments from Taiwanese newspapers and protesting groups' websites. These arguments are then analyzed. This article finds that, although ungrounded panic indeed existed, major anti-nuclear arguments are based on the objective truth of the risk of nuclear power. Nonetheless, these arguments overlook other risk in our normal life, which are far greater than the risk of nuclear power. This is also objective truth. In other words, nuclear power is not objectively more dangerous than other energy, but rather, the risk of nuclear power is subjectively highlighted.
