As a result of the transformation of political system seriously lagged behind in economic demands, it has led to a predicament. This article mainly focus on the gradual thinking of Chinese political system's reform, such as industrial sustainable economic development and market-oriented movement which has automatically and voluntarily driven the political system to a prefect ＂Beijing Consensus＂ view. The author attempts to use controversial gradual thinking and literature analysis to explain whether this reform model is applicable to transform the system and it also can be continue to improve and rationalize the rule of the Chinese Communist Party. This transformation might easily blur people's correct understanding of this urgency reform. Through mention different argues of scholars, this article is tending to clarify the controversial gradual reform thinking.
