The main purpose of this paper is to apply a fuzzy quality function deployment (FQFD) method to assess the relational matrix of competitive indices and national resources factors. In order to centralize goods, firms have warehoused large amounts of basic semi-products in a few strategic logistical locations. Therefore, the problem of location competition has resulted. The logistic development of airport had various stages and modes, involving various location factors as the differences of international transportation, industry and economic environment among airports. Therefore, airports should be equipped with suitable (competitive) logistics location. Thus, it is an important issue for airport to strengthen competitive advantages in accordance with the suitable development type. From the perspective of national resources, this paper proposing fuzzy FQFD to construct relational matrix of competitive indices and national resources factors, based on Porter's Diamond Theory. Finally, analyze priority ranking of national resources and contribution ranking of the overall national resource to each competitive index.
