The uniqueness of Taiwan's history and political field has brought into focus the necessity of reviewing and adjusting the nation's constitutional policies on Mongolian and Tibetan compatriots through rolling corrections. This study attempted to pass down the heritage of Mongolian and Tibetan culture to Mongolian and Tibetan immigrants in Taiwan. Through the review, amendment, and reconsideration of constitutions and relevant laws, this study used legal norms as the foundation to bring Mongolian and Tibetan culture closer to Taiwan . By doing so, more researchers and the public may understand the characteristics of Mongolian and Tibetan culture, thereby providing more substantial assistance and attentive support to improve the status quo.
