跆拳道核心運動能力之探討

The Study of Core Athletic Ability in Taekwondo

摘要


本研究以文獻法進行研究,探討跆拳道運動於規則大幅修訂後,引導技術和戰術的變革下,致使對運動能力要求的改變。其動機旨在探悉核心運動能力對於跆拳道技術展現能力之影響,多數教練認為協調性、速度與敏捷是現階段訓練主軸,紛紛提出專項體能訓練方案,希望提供具效率且經濟的訓練模式給選手及教練參考,卻忽略核心運動能力對跆拳道選手專項表現的影響。因此,透過本文節錄,體現核心運動能力的重要性。輔以徒手式的核心肌群訓練解說,提供教練及選手於訓練時參考。經彙整後,核心運動能力是建構在優異的技巧和體能的主要因素之一;制約體能發展,影響技術表現。優秀的運動員,必須具備強而有力的核心肌群。可減低運動傷害發生率,又能提高肢體表現的能力。

The reference methods were employed to investigate the change of athletic ability after the great modification of taekwondo competition. The motivation is to research the effect of core athletic ability in taekwondo technology. The great majority of coaches approved that this step of training method must focus on the physical coordination, speed, and quick motion, and they also provided a lot of training modes. But unfortunately, they didn't have any solution of core athletic ability. Therefore, according to the bare hands way, we showed the importance of core athletic ability. After the study, we know that the core athletic ability is based on the technology and physical performance. If we restrict the development of physical performance, we will decrease the expression of technology. Anyway, the great athletes must be provided with good core athletic ability, which not only can decrease rate of sport injuries but also increase the ability of limbs motion.
