摘要

本文旨在於探討跆拳道對於警察術科技能訓練之重要性，希冀警政單位或其他公部門將跆拳道列入訓練課程之一。警察人員係以服務的精神從事工作，必要時再輔以干涉、取締及逮捕等強制作為，以達成警察任務。因此，必須經常面對不理性民眾的挑釁及攻擊行為，更常須冒生命危險與歹徒格鬥，以進行逮捕工作，隨時可能處於不確定安全的危險情境中。因此每一位警察不但需要具備專業的知識，同時也要擁有專業的體能與技能。然而跆拳道運動特性無論在心理技能、競技體能或對打技能都與警務人員所需技能高度吻合。結語：跆拳道核心課程有手技、足技、品勢（型）、自由對打，手腳並用應用於攻防守及專注力、自信心、抗壓力的實戰課程，也是典型的防身術。建議：為培養警務人員術德兼修、文武兼具並提升警技，訓練出精銳部隊有效地打擊犯罪及增強跆拳道運動競技成績為國爭光，建議跆拳道技能將成為警技訓練教育的首選課程參考。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the importance of taekwondo for the training of police technical skills, hoping that police units or other public authorities will include taekwondo in one of the training courses. Police work is based on a spirit of service, along with forceful actions, such as interference, restrictions, arrests, etc. when it is necessary, to accomplish the police mission. Therefore, they must always be prepared to face the irrational provocation and aggression from the public and risk their life to fight with gangsters, in order to finish the arrest task, with the risk of an uncertain security situation at any time. So every one of the policemen not only requires professional knowledge, but also needs to have professional fitness and skill. Taekwondo movement characteristics are consistent with what police need in psychological ability, sports fitness, and fighting skill. Conclusion: The core courses of taekwondo are hand techniques, foot techniques, poomsae and free fighting. The hands and feet are applied in the practice of attack, defense, concentration, confidence and compressive resistance. It is also typically used for self-defense. The fighter trained with professional taekwondo skill can attack accurately with rapid speed, great power, flexible pace, and effective defense. Suggestion: In order to cultivate the mastery of pen and sword by the police, train the elite troops to fight crime effectively. This will strengthen the taekwondo competitions to win honor for our country, and taekwondo skills will become the first choice of police skill training courses.
