抗力球訓練對提升保齡球運動員運動能力之探討

A Discussion of the Training of Exercise Ball for the Improvement of Sports Ability of Bowler-Athletes

摘要


本研究目的主要針對抗力球在保齡球運動訓練上的運用做探討。利用文獻探討的方式彙整抗力球與保齡球運動之相關書籍與文獻,並且進行討論。結果發現許多受試者在接受抗力球規律訓練後,身體平衡能力、柔軟度與腹部動、靜態肌耐力等表現皆有顯著進步;而其中運動員在核心肌群肌力方面亦有明顯改善之效果,且更能大幅提升背肌之肌力及專項運動表現,因此可證明抗力球訓練確實有提升運動員運動能力之功效。另外,保齡球運動員所應具備的運動能力包含肌力、肌耐力、爆發力、柔軟性、協調性、放鬆、敏捷性、平衡、時機與集中力等,也正好與抗力球訓練能夠提升的能力相互吻合。因此本研究初步推論,透過抗力球訓練可加強投擲保齡球時所需的各項體能要素,進而提升保齡球運動表現。

The purpose of this study is to discuss the utilization of exercise ball for the training of bowling sports. With literature review, books and studies on exercise ball and bowling sports are compiled and discussed. The results found the significant performance improvement of balance ability, flexibility, and dynamic and static abdominal endurance among subjects and significant effectiveness of core muscle performance among athletes were also identified. Athletes dramatically improved strength of dorsal muscles and sports performance. Thus, exercise ball is proven to be beneficial to the effectiveness for the improvement of sports ability of bowler-athletes. Additionally, bowler-athletes are required to develop sports ability of muscle strength, endurance, explosive power, flexibility, coordination, relaxation, agility, balance, timing, and concentration that matches with the ability improved by the training of exercise ball. Thus, this study initially concludes that with the help of the training of exercise ball, physical elements required during bowling can be improved for better bowling performance.
