Signet ring cell mucinous adenocarcinoma of the cervix: a case report

Mucinous adenocarcinoma is a rare type of primary cervical cancer of which the signet ring cell type is often considered the rarest with very aggressive behavior and poor prognosis. Due to the little amount of literature on this specific type, little is known about its behavior and optimal treatment remains elusive. Here we present a case of signet ring cell mucinous adenocarcinoma of the cervix.
