施工安全風險管理導向的數位科技整合決策支援系統

A Construction Risk Management-Oriented Decision Support System by Integrating Digital Technologies

摘要


數位科技是提高營造業職業安全衛生管理能力的重要方法,包含物聯網、建築資訊模型、地理資訊系統、沉浸式科技、人工智慧等,在研究與應用上都證實能為營造業職業安全衛生管理帶來良好的成效。近期研究更指出以特定主題為導向進行數位科技整合應用,能較單一數位科技應用更發揮綜效與創造價值。因此,本研究針對營造業職業安全衛生管理,以施工安全風險管理為導向,運用數位科技整合平台建立施工安全風險決策支援系統(風險管理儀表板),藉由數據驅動的洞察,協助管理者做出更敏捷的風險決策。本研究以橋梁工程為例,說明風險管理儀表板的應用以及驗證其實用性。研究成果顯示,風險管理儀表板能提高數據的使用與洞察能力,也能促進工程參與者的溝通。此外,風險管理儀表板不僅適用於橋梁工程,也適用於交通、能源、水資源、通訊、廢棄物處理、人居環境等基礎設施。

Digital technologies, including internet of things (IoT), building information modeling (BIM), geographic information system (GIS), immersive technology (AR/ VR), and artificial intelligence (AI), are important for improving the construction occupational safety and health management ability. These digital technologies have been proven their satisfactory results in the applications of construction occupational safety and health management. Recent studies also indicate that the integration of digital technologies oriented to a specific theme will be more synergistic and can create greater value than single digital technology. Therefore, this paper proposes a construction safety risk management-oriented decision support system by integrating digital technologies, i.e. the risk management dashboard (R.Dashboard). R.Dashboard integrates IoT, BIM, GIS, CCTV, and AI in the digital technology integration platform (DT+ platform) to inform managers data-driven insights and to assist managers making more agile decisions. This paper takes bridge and road engineering as an example to illustrate the application of R.Dashboard to verify its practicability. Results show that the R.Dashboard can improve the ability of data utilization and insight and promote the communication within the engineering participants. R.Dashboard is not only pracitcal for bridge and road engineering, but also for other infrastructures, such as transport, energy, water, communications, waste treatment, and built environment.
