勞工健康服務護理人員工作特質與留任意願之探討

A Study on the Job Characteristics and Intention to Stay for Occupational Health Service Nurses

摘要


本研究主要針對臺灣南部地區員工人數300人以上事業單位之正職勞工健康服務護理人員為對象,探討勞工健康服務護理人員工作特質與留任意願之相關性。以橫斷式、立意性取樣研究設計回收共100份的有效問卷,內容包括「人口學特性」、「工作特質量表」、「留任意願量表」三部份。研究分析結果,「工作控制」與主管支持、同事支持、留任意願具有顯著高度正相關;「工作心理負荷」與工作體力負荷呈現顯著高度正相關;「主管支持」與同事支持、留任意願呈現顯著高度正相關;「同事支持」與留任意願呈現顯著高度正相關。影響參與職護留任意願之重要因素以「主管支持」為最主要的因素,其次為「從事職護執業總年資」、「同事支持」及「工作心理負荷」。

The objective of this study was to evaluate the correlation between the work characteristics and intention to stay for the occupational health service nurses in the enterprises with more than 300 employees. A total of 100 valid questionnaires, including "Demographic Characteristics", "Work Characteristics" and "Intention to Stay", were collected in a cross-sectional and purposive sampling research design. Research analysis results indicated that "Job Control" has a significantly high positive correlation with Support from Supervisors, Support from Colleagues, and Intention to Stay. There is a significant and highly positive correlation between "Mental Workload" and Physical Workload. "Support from Supervisors" is significantly positively correlated with Support from Colleagues and Intention to Stay. "Support from Colleagues" is significantly positively correlated with Intention to Stay. The most important factor affecting the "Intention to Stay" for the occupational health service nurses was "Support from Supervisors", followed by "Total Years of Practice as Nurses Engaged in Occupational Health Service Nurses", "Support from Colleagues" and "Mental Workload".
