摘要

本文主要是針對自2015年9月正式啟動、迄今仍持續進行中的「亞洲紀錄片合製計畫」暨工作坊，進行一個參與觀察的現場報告，身為發起人與指導老師之一的筆者，試圖將定期正式的觀摩、論壇、專家會議、工作坊與映後座談，以及不定期非正式的互動、交流與對話，視為一個教育的過程，並希冀從行動研究之觀點，對於「亞洲」作為紀錄的方法，作一個初步的歸納。

This paper tries to present a participant observation report on ＂Asia Documentary Co-Production Project＂ and its workshops from September, 2015 until now. As one of founders and mentors, the author regards not only formal screening, pitching/mentoring and forum, but also informal interaction, conversation and communication as some kind of educational process. Through action research viewpoint, this paper tries to conclude these valuable experiences.
