We report a case that a whale which stranded at Ilan and died on July 23, 2005 was submitted pathological autopsy. Seventeen nematode parasites (2 adults and 15 larvae) were found in the whale's stomach and intestinal mucosa. These nematodes have mouth and ring stripes in tegument, and the larvae have three lips in head. They were identified Anisakidae. Whales and dolphins and other sea mammals as the final host of Anisakidae, were parasites of the stomach or intestinal mucosa. Eggs passed in the feces of these hosts into the sea. This infection is common in marine mammals.
