後設分析法應用工程技術分析-以切削加工為例

Analysis of META Application Engineering Technology: A Case Study of Cutting Machining

摘要


本研究旨在探討切削速度與表面粗糙度之關係,研究方法則採用後設分析法(Meta-Analysis),此法須透過大量的文獻蒐集,從中找尋符合本研究之架構,因此本研究整合1998-2014年國外EI、SCI國外期刊9篇做為編碼分析樣本。首先將各種不同效果量之統計數值轉換成r,並計算成敗估計數、異質性Q檢定、顯著性考驗ZC值、真正母體效果規模、95%信賴區間、解釋變異能力等統計數值來驗證,用以分析切削速度與表面粗糙度之關係,本研究結果切削速度與表面粗糙度具有較高的解釋能力、相關研究內容同質性高,無出版偏差的問題。

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between cutting speed and surface roughness, the research method is used Meta-Analysis, this method must be through an extensive literature collection, finding consistent with the framework of this study. Therefore, this study integrated foreign EI, SCI journals 9 in 1998-2014 that coding analysis as samples. First, the various effects of statistical values convert into r, and calculate the success or failure of the estimates, the heterogeneity Q test, significant test ZC value, the true scale of maternal effect, 95% confidence interval, ability to explain variation statistic to verify and analyze the relationship of cutting speed and surface roughness. The results of this study have a high explanatory power of cutting speed and surface roughness, high homogeneity of the relevant research, no publication bias problem.
