摘要

本研究設計一款數位式教學遊戲來輔助大學生提升法律知識。現今社會有許多不遵守法律規範所引起的重大事故，而這些事故可能會造成無法挽回的悲劇，然而民眾對法律的概念十分模糊，更何況要使用法律保護自身權益。因此，本研究結合數位遊戲式學習並以行動裝置為平台輔助即將邁入社會的大學生學習法律知識，進一步預防悲劇發生，提供新的學習途徑。

In this study, we design a digital game to support students in learning knowledge of the law. Nowadays, there are many serious accidents that are caused by violation of traffic regulations, in which these accidents may lead to irreversible regret for ever. More importantly, those people who encounter accidents are incapable of protecting their own interests, because they do not really understand the knowledge of the law. Accordingly, we design a mobile digital game to support students who will be a member of society soon after to learn the knowledge of the law in order to prevent the regret.
