3D Documents in the Field of History of Science and Technology

This paper presents a general and novel approach and the results of the investigations in the field of History of Science and Technology based on 3D documents. The innovative methods aimed to create the Virtual Technical Heritage are of significant scientific and practical importance. 3D documents of aircrafts, spaceships and architectural-engineering buildings are of great interest and demand. Modern approach based on computer modeling technology attracts more young people to explorations in the field of History renewing their attention to the engineering objects of the Past.
