開放式創新工具導入:集體創新協奏平台之開發與實作

摘要


在企業的創新過程中,消費者與其他關係人扮演的角色越來越重要;如何將外部的知識與技術導入組織內,並透過交流創造出新的市場機會與未來發展方向,已成為現今最重要的議題。但在開放式創新的不同階段中,「雙向交流」階段目前仍無合適的工具,使得各個過程難以前後連貫,無法發揮創新構想的最大效益。為此,研究團隊希望能建立一線上平台,協助台灣企業將其客戶與關係人導入組織的創新過程中。本文將說明「集體創新協奏平台」(Creative Concerto Platform)如何填補開放式創新的「雙向交流」階段之工具缺口,連結概念彙整與檢選間之斷層,協助企業與外部關係人協同合作,在短時間內產出大量創意構想與方案,並以2012年所執行的兩個案例具體說明CCP的創意激盪過程與輔助分析功能,提出未來可能的應用方向。

Customers and other stakeholders play a more significant role in businesses' innovation. The most critical issue for companies is how to leverage knowledge and techniques from outside to find new opportunities or directions of future development. However, after reviewing the different processes of open innovation, we find there is no appropriate one for coupled process, making it hard for businesses to integrate the different parts and get maximum benefit from open innovation. Therefore, we manage to establish an online platform as a tool for Taiwanese enterprises to involve customers and other stakeholders in their innovation process. This article introduces the Creative Concerto Platform - the platform we established for crowdsourcing creative ideas, illustrates how it closes the gap between idea generation and idea review & selection to help businesses cooperate with stakeholders and produce a great number of creative ideas in a short period of time. We also include two projects executed in 2012 as showcases to illustrate CCP's brainstorming process and its analysis function, and then suggest its possible applications in the future.
