資訊科技概論課程之互助學習策略

A New Cooperative Leaning Method for Introduction to Information Technology

摘要


資訊能力是現代人應具備的基本能力。H科技大學也將資訊科技概論列為必修課程以提升資訊能力。然而,大學生來源多元,資訊能力參差不齊,學生學習落差大,教師授課困擾多。對知識不熟悉的同學不易得到助力;對高能力學生的成長也容易受限。本文提出創新的互助學習策略,加上翻轉教室方法,以提升不同程度學生的學習成效。文中以日間部四技一年級護理系學生參與新的學習方法,並以問卷調查探討同學學習成果、學習成效及滿意度,以作為改善教學品質的依據。研究結果發現:學前評量只有為15.6%學生超過70 分。經過知識分類、「黃互助群配對法」、翻轉教室及資訊能力檢定,及格人數增為92.2%,成果不錯。72.9%同學瞭解互助學習的目標。對於新方法設計有66%同學瞭解,認為有略為不直覺,操作複雜的同學比例仍高。有41.2%的同學認為互助討論的時間不足,是個值得改善的問題。新方法學習者擁有更多的學習自主權,是主動學習的重要方式之一。有優點也還有改善空間,值得繼續研究。

Information capability is a basic skill for a modern person. Introduction to information technology is a prescribed course in H University of medical technology. However, undergraduate students come from multi-resource with irregular and drop in elevation in information capability. Teachers will be perplexed in teaching. Students who un-familiar with the information skill is not easy to get help; and those hi-capability students will be limited. This article brings up a new cooperative leaning method with the flipped classroom to promote students with different levels. In this article, we use freshmen in department of nursing. We use Questionnaire to investigate the study willingness, learning effects and satisfactory of students. In the pretest, only 15% students passed. After our method, 92.2% students passed the verification. We keep finding the reasons such as that students realize the target of this cooperative leaning plan for 79.2%. 66% students deemed understand this new method with complex operations. 41.2% students deemed discussion time is not enough. In this new issue, learners have more learning decision-making power. It is an importing initiative learning way, and is worth keep studying.
