The main purpose of this study was to explore positive education through ethics of care approach in community afterschool care center. This study applied a case study to purposefully invite a community afterschool care center director. The data was collected by document, interview, and observation. Study results showed the four dimensions of positive education through ethics of care approach, including modeling, dialogue, practice, and confirmation. Afterschool care program teachers serve as role models for children's learning, allowing children to fully express their voices, practice positive activities, and advantages of children are affirmed. Based on these results, the recommendations for positive education through ethics of care approach in community afterschool care center, and future research were submitted.
