團隊角色融入國小綜合活動學習領域之行動研究

Action Research: the Integration of team roles in learning area of integrated activities in Elementary School

摘要


團隊合作不論是設計專業課程或是實務工作上都是經常被採用的工作模式,培養團隊合作能力是很重要的議題。在國小的課業或生活中也提供了許多團隊合作的機會,透過小組合作的過程,培養學生團隊參與的精神。本研究主要採用行動研究法,以新北市某國小六年級學生做為研究對象,透過團隊角色課程設計與教學實施,探討國小學童於綜合活動課程中團隊合作學習的互動歷程與團隊成員角色的變化情形。研究結果顯示:1.學生的個性會影響在團隊中的表現。2.透過樂高遊戲的操作可觀察出學生在互動過程中的溝通情形及團隊成員間合作解決問題。每位成員分別扮演多種不同角色和Belbin團隊角色雷同。

Teamwork is a working pattern which is often adopted while designing professional courses and practical working. To build ability of teamwork is a very important issue. Students have many chances to learn the spiritual of teamwork through group work not only in school but also home life. This research mainly adopts Action Research. Object of study are sixth graders at one elementary school in New Taipei City. This research is to discuss how the elementary school student’s interaction as teamwork at integrative activities, and to find out team role change as well. This study concludes as follows: 1. The personality of each student can affect the team's performance. 2. Through Lego Games, we can observe how the students communicate during interaction and to solve problems through teamwork with each other. Each member plays a variety of roles and is similar to the Belbin team role.
