低亞硫酸鈉之初步試製

摘要


以直接綜合法製造低亞硫酸鈉,對工業製造上頗為有利,其法係以納汞齊與二氧化硫在酒精溶液中反應生成,操作簡易,成品單純,無副產品伴生。本試驗即依據該法,探求鈉汞齊中鈉之含量及反應時溫度對於成品之影響。試驗結果知,反應溫度以0- 10℃為較佳,而鈉汞齊中的之含量以0.1-0.2%為較佳,其最高產量達99.6%,此時純度為85.4%。然對二氧化硫用量及流速,酒精之濃度及用量,生成物中混雜之汞化合物等問題,則尚待繼續研究。

Sodium hyposulfite was prepared synthetically by the action of sulfur dioxide on sodium a malgam in alcoholic solution. The sodium content in the amalgam was varied so as to observe the optimum composition for giving high yield. The influence of temperature on the yield was also observed. The results showed that tie reaction should be preferentially conducted between 0-10°C; amalgam containing 0.1-0.2% of sodium favored the formation of the hyposulfite. The highest yield reached was 99.6%, the purity being 85.4%. Other factors which might have some influence on the yield and the purify such as the amount as well as the flow rate of sulfur dioxide, the concentration and the amount of alcohol still remain to be studied.
