Isolation and Identification of 8-Bromoagathisflavone Hexamethyl Ether from Wax-Tree
摘要
山漆果核之未知雙黃烷酮之混合物乙醯化後以NBS(N-Bromosuccinimide)脫氧，繼以弱鹼水解之，再將其甲醚化後經柱層及薄層分析分離得一新化合物，融點＞330°，經光譜分析而推定其結構式為8-Bromoagathisfiavone hexamethyl ether。

Acetylation of the unknown biflavanoids fraction C_(IV)^6 from the ethanol extract of the seed-kernel of wax-tree (Rhus succedanea L.), followed by NBS-dehydrogenation^7, hydrolysis, methylation, and separation by column chromatography and TLC afforded a new compound, m. p. ＞330°, which was proposed to be the above title compound by spectroscopic method.
