摘要


本文以除去有機物質最有效的低溫氧氣電漿灰化法,探討血清中有機基底物質對鋁金屬定量分析的影響,並以感應耦合電漿原子發射光譜儀做浸漬法和濕式消化法背景值的比較;同時配合不同酸度(1-20%),碳棒-鉬金屬前處理及硝酸銨添加法比較無機基底物質的影響。本研究祈望在有機生物樣品前處理中提供一快速、準確的分析方法。

A new-low-temperature plasma ashing technique is described for the determination of aluminium in serum using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The interference caused by organic matrix in sample is efficiently eliminated by the proposed procedure and molybdenum-treated pyrocuvette. The speed and simplicity of the method enables the GFAAS to detect aluminium directly in serum with reasonable high sensitivity. The method was applied to the selected samples using standard addition method and the results indicated that the determination is satisfactory at ng/ml level.
