分離自苔植物Trichocolea pluma的新雙萜化合物
A New Labdane Alcohol From the Liverwort Trichocolea pluma
摘要
自絨苔植物Trichocolea pluma分離出一含氧雙萜化合物，經由各種光譜數據鑑定其結構為(-)-3α-hydroxylabda-8(17), 12E, 14-triene (1)；並分別推定每一質子與每一個碳的吸收峯位。此成分及本植物其他主成分在化學分類上之意義也于文忠略於探討。

A new labdane diterpene, (-)-3α-hydroxylabda-8(17), 12E, 14-triene was isolated from the liverwort Trichocolea pluma. On the basis of spectroscopic studies, the diterpene structure was elucidated and the chemical shifts of each proton and each carbon were assigned respectively. Discussion in the present paper also includes some chemotaxonomic aspects.
