用活化的乙烯基甲基二氯矽烷鍵結到矽膠(10 μm)所形成乙烯基固定相之表面結構在本文被研究。該固定相的層析特性及滯留行為亦在甲醇/水(72/25),甲醇/水(72/25)+Ag^+(10^(-2)M)或正已烷等不同流動相的條件下被測試討論。對一些供電子溶質的分離,用此乙烯基固定相和含鹵化銀之乙烯基固定相所測的結果,發現樣品的峯波及滯留在兩固定相上有極大的不同。
Suface structure of vinyl stationary phase, formed by reactive vinylmethyldichlorosilane bound to silica gel (10 μm) , was investigated in this paper. Chromatographic properties and retention behaviour on this stationary phase were tested and discussed under conditions of different mobile phases such as methanol/water (75/25), methanol/water (75/25) containing 10^(-2)M Ag^+ and n-hexane etc. For the separation of some electron rich solutes, large difference in peak shapes and retentions has been found between vinyl stationary phase and vinyl stationary phase containing silver halide.
