磷酸鋁化物在過去的研究中已被證實爲具有特殊孔洞結構之物質,由於磷酸鐵與磷酸鋁之化學結構相同,因此本研究以鐵取代鋁,用共沈澱法製備一系列不同鐵/磷比之鐵─磷─氧物質,實驗顯示其爲氧化鐵與磷酸鐵之混合物,因此簡稱爲FeFeP。此系統具有與AAP相類似之性質。但鐵/磷比爲3時,其表面積與孔體積最大,而且pH值對孔洞結構有顯著影響。經由控制pH值與鐵/磷比,吾人可得到特殊孔洞結構之FeFeP。
A new variable pore catalytic system consisting of iron oxide-iron phosphate (FeFeP) has been synthesized and char acterized. The system permits similar manipulation of pore properties to the analogue of alumina-aluminum phosphate system, but surface area and pore volume characteristics follow uniquely different patterns showing a maximum at Fe/P = 3. The new system also appears to be more sensitive to pH changes. The results indicated that pore size control was through PH control as well as by variation in stoichiometry.
